The Africa Federation Central Bank was establish on the 16 of November 2012 by the Governor of the Cabinda Central Bank Est. 9 February 2006, The Governor of the Lunda Tchokwe Central Bank Est. 7 February 2010, and The Governor of the Barotseland Central Bank Est. 27 February 2012.

The Africa Federation Central Bank servers primarily to aid, assist, and contribute to a stable and prosperous financial system in all New Emerging African Nations, which are recognized by the Federation of Free States of Africa, also known as the Africa Federation, and informally as the FFSA.
